FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
All Purrboxer orders ship free, anywhere in the world. No minimum purchase required.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another with your tracking number once it ships.

DELIVERY TIME
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5-12 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take a few extra days.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
For orders shipped outside the United States, local customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

ORDER TRACKING
Every order includes a tracking number. Tracking may take 24-48 hours to update after you receive it.

DELAYS AND LOST PACKAGES
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather or high-volume periods. If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of shipping, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

WRONG ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will update it before it ships.
